Our ambient series features a line of fresh, pasteurised noodles — our freshly made all-time favourites that undergo pasteurisation.
Pasteurisation is a heat-treatment process that destroys pathogens to extend the shelf life and preserve the freshness of our noodles without the use of preservatives. This process allows our pasteurised noodles to be stored at room temperature without refrigeration for up to 45 days, so you can stock up on your favourite LG noodles and enjoy them whenever you feel like. With LG’s ambient noodles, no longer will you have to track short expiries or cram your fridge just to enjoy a bowl of fresh noodles.
Another nifty benefit of this pasteurisation process, pasteurisation provides our noodles with a sterile environment within the packaging to best retain freshness. This also means that our ambient noodles are now packaged pre-washed, cooked, ready-to-eat and able to be used straight out the packet.
