Udon is a type of noodles made with wheat flour that is frequently served in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, as kake udon. Depending on the region, the way it is made, cooking techniques and toppings may vary, but the noodles themselves have a very simple taste to them, making it versatile for different cooking applications. Today we are sharing a easl meal idea by Tifanis, made with LG Udon.
The LG Udon is prepared in a Mazesoba style: made with Tare sauce (soy sauce mirin and anchovies), flavoured oil (scallions, garlic and chilli flakes), topped with a Poached Egg, Spring onions and Seaweed
