VEGAN SILKEN TOFU TIRAMISU

Craving something sweet but don't want the guilt? We've got the perfect treat for you! Dive into our Vegan Silken Tofu Tiramisu recipe—so easy to whip up and absolutely guilt-free. Follow us and discover how to make this heavenly delight today!



Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 pack of LG Silken Tofu

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 bag of McVitie's Digestives biscuit

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (sieved)

  • 15g of dark chocolate (grated)


Instructions


  1. Pat dry silken tofu. In a blender bowl, add silken tofu, coconut cream and sugar. Blend completely till smooth and creamy.

  2. Soak a biscuit in coffee and place it in a cup, put a layer of the tofu mixture on top of the biscuit.

  3. Continue layering the biscuit and tofu mixture, ending off with a layer of coconut cream.

  4. Dust the cocoa powder on the tiramisu and top it off with grated chocolate.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours and enjoy!
