Ingredients (for 2 servings)
1 pack of LG Silken Tofu
1/2 cup coconut cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 bag of McVitie's Digestives biscuit
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (sieved)
15g of dark chocolate (grated)
Instructions
Pat dry silken tofu. In a blender bowl, add silken tofu, coconut cream and sugar. Blend completely till smooth and creamy.
Soak a biscuit in coffee and place it in a cup, put a layer of the tofu mixture on top of the biscuit.
Continue layering the biscuit and tofu mixture, ending off with a layer of coconut cream.
Dust the cocoa powder on the tiramisu and top it off with grated chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours and enjoy!
